New Construction Services
You've found the perfect lot to build on or utilized our Lot Feasibility Services, and you've got building plans in hand through our Design Services, or brought your own plans... We'll obtain a permit, then it's time to break ground!

We'll start with a contract that details budgets, procedures, and our obligation to you and your project. From there we will submit for a building permit. During the time waiting for the permit to be issued, you will have the opportunity to shop around and make selections for doors, hardware, fixtures, cabinets, counter tops, flooring, etc... Our online system of approving these selections helps to make the processes easy. We will also prepare a schedule, available for you to review online, as soon as the permit is ready.
Once construction is underway, we will keep you updated with daily reports, including photos of activity. We even offer a jobsite camera service, so you can keep an eye on your project at the click of a button. Throughout the building process, we are always available if you have any questions or concerns. If you happen to see something you think you might like done differently, or you change your mind on something planned, you can request a change order. In this case we will put together a complete change order form for your approval, that spells out exactly what is to be done, and their associated costs. Once the house is completed, we'll do a final walk-through with you to ensure that everything is exactly how you expect it to be. We'll put together a punch-list for anything that is out of place or needs a touch up, complete these items, and hand you the keys to your new home, built how you want it!
